Iggy Azalea’s ex-boyfriend claims she indirectly gave him permission to release and market their alleged sex tape.
Hefe Wine, who also previously managed the ‘Fancy’ hitmaker, says she signed a contract in 2009 giving him the exclusive rights to “manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise ‘any’ recording embodying visual images.”
The Australian rapper, 24, reportedly signed the legal document to make records and music videos, but Wine believes he has the rights to sell the explicit footage, which Iggy previously denied exists, if he adds music to the X-rated video.
According to the lengthy contract, obtained by gossip website TMZ.com, Wine also has the legal right to create, host and maintain a website to market Iggy’s work, so he believes he can create a website to host the sex tape.
Vivid Entertainment boss Steven Hirsch is eager to obtain the tape and is said to have offered Wine a seven-figure deal, as he thinks it could be even more popular than the sex tape that helped make Kim Kardashian famous.
But Iggy – real name Amethyst Amelia Kelly – previously insisted on Twitter that the tape doesn’t even exist.
Last Thursday she tweeted: “Obviously I’ve seen the news feed today and I just want to say I don’t have a sex tape.”
