About Us:

 Irwin Consulting Ltd is a well-established quantity surveying and project consultancy firm serving clients across Donegal and the Northwest.  We are expanding our services and seeking a skilled and motivated Building Surveyor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

•             Carry out building surveys (residential, commercial, insurance-related).

•             Prepare condition and structural reports.

•             Conduct snag lists and building inspections.

•             Advise clients on compliance, maintenance and refurbishments.

•             Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors and clients.

•             Prepare technical documentation.

Requirements:

•             Degree in Building Surveying or related field.

•             2+ years experience in surveying or construction inspections.

•             Knowledge of Irish building regulations.

•             Strong report-writing and client-facing skills.

•             SCSI or RICS membership (or working toward it) preferred.

•             Full driving licence.
