Food and Beverage Assistant

This is a full-time role based at Century Complex in Letterkenny. Weekends may be included. The ideal candidate will work alongside our F&B Manager to enhance customer experience throughout the complex.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate leadership by inspiring your team to accomplish daily goals and targets and develop their skills.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and efficient food service.
• Ensuring a highly effective operation to create and deliver lasting customer
  experiences, maximising revenue, and profitability across all areas in line with budget expectations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure that customers receive immediate recognition in a courteous and professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (1+ years) in a similar role preferably within the food and beverage industry and ideally in a hotel or busy restaurant setting.
• Be an inspirational leader who is passionate about creating highly energised teams to provide exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Food safety and hygiene certifications are a plus.
