A young Donegal man remains in a critical condition in hospital today following a serious accident while on holiday in Spain.
19-year-old Oisin Merritt, who plays with Finn Harps Reserves, is from Stranorlar.
He sustained a fractured skull as a result of the accident, and has been placed in an induced coma.
Oisin was on a weeks holiday with a group of friends and was due to return home yesterday.
His condition has been described as ‘critical’ and his family and girlfriend have flown out to Spain to be with him.
