Man knocked down in Letterkenny

A man is in hospital having been knocked down in Letterkenny.
The man is 60’s was struck by a car in the Glencar Road at 5.25pm on Saturday evening.
Severe traffic disruption was caused as a result.
Gardai have confirmed that the injured man was removed to Letterkenny General but the extent of his injuries is not known.
