Man charged with causing death of Derry man

A 22-year-old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and failing to stop or report an accident.
The charges relate to the death of 24-year-old Martin Gallagher in Derry last November.
The accused has been charged with a number of other offences which include driving while unfit, driving without a licence and driving without insurance.
The man is expected to appear in court at the start of February.
