Patterson has Derry contract cancelled

Rory Patterson has left Derry City.
The striker who was the top scorer for the candystrips last season has had his contract with the club cancelled.
The Strabane man confirmed the news on his twitter account this morning.
In an effort to cut costs for the 2015 season Derry put Patterson on the transfer list in December.
