Gardai in Buncrana are investigating an aggravated burglary at Mill Lane in the Tullyarvan area in the early hours of this morning.
A mother and five children were in the house when it was entered by four masked men. One of the children was slightly injured, and the house sustained damage during the incident.
It’s believed the men left in a white Ford Transit, possibly a high roof model made within the past three years, and possibly with the partial registration number VUI.
Gardai believe it may have travelled in the direction of Slavery, and are anxious to hear from anyone who may have been in the Westbrook or Tullyarvan area between 12.45 and 1.15 this morning and saw anything suspicious to contact them.
