The Chairperson of the Stormont Health Committee says the Air Ambulance in the North should be extended to the whole island.
Foyle MLA Maeve McLaughlin was speaking after £4 million was announced for the air ambulance last evening, to deliver a service similar to that which exists in Wales.
However, Ms Mc Laughlin says emergency situations do not recognise borders, and the air ambulance service should be available to everyone, regardless of where they live……..
