Clare League 3 v 1 Donegal League
The Donegal League lost against a strong Clare League side on Sunday as they missed their chance to reach the Oscar Traynor Trophy Final.
Brian Dorrian, manager of the Donegal side, said beforehand that making the final would not be an easy challenge against the Clare outfit and that is how it turned out.
He said his homework had revealed that the Clare team are a big, physical team and they proved too strong for the Donegal League.
Donegal’s goalscorer was Damien Crossan.
