Unbeaten Donegal ladies obliterate Kildare

Donegal’s lady footballers remain unbeaten as they have swept all before them this campaign.
They won again today when they obliterated Kildare at Ballykelly Gaelic Grounds in Monasterevin on a score of Kildare 0-06 v 4-18 Donegal.
Kildare had only managed two points by the time Donegal ran up a score of 3-09.
This was never a contest and Kildare were never in the match.
At half-time it was Kildare 0-02 v 4-11 Donegal.
Donegal clearly took the foot off the gas in the second half as they scored seven points more.
The goals came from Yvonne McMonagle (2), Geraldine McLaughlin and Elish Ward.
