Mc Collum to sue unnamed newspaper following alleged harrassment

 

Michaella McCollum is set to take an Irish daily newspaper to court.
The Tyrone woman has issued legal proceedings over what her solicitor says was an incident of intimidating harassment in the Miraflores area of Lima, Peru on Sunday.
Ms McCollum was released from jail in the South American country last week and is expected to serve the rest of her six and a half year term for smuggling cocaine on parole there.
Kevin Winters law firm says she and her family were harassed by two reporters representing an un-named paper on Sunday as they attempted to get into a taxi.
