Donegal County Council and Transport Infrastructure Ireland have been cleared to appoint engineers to carry out Environmental Impact Assessments and Compulsory Purchase Order reports on three major road projects in the county.
They are the Letterkenny link, the Twin Towns bypass and the road from the Manorcunningham roundabout to Lifford.
It’s anticipated the engineers will be appointed and in place within the next ten weeks.
