PSNI launch investigation following road traffic collision

PSNI Foyle have launched an investigation after a road traffic collision on Spencer Road, Derry yesterday.
The incident happened between 1:45pm – 2pm near Newlyn Terrace.
A male pedestrian, in his 60s was knocked down by a large black coloured vehicle and taken to hospital for treatment to a suspected fracture to his hip.
Constable Mary Doherty is appealing for any witnesses to get in touch as soon as possible to assist the investigation.
