Joule Donegal International Rally winner Manus Kelly will be back in a Subaru for the Martin Howley Memorial Donegal Harvest Stages Rally in Killybegs next month.
The Glenswilly man has once again put together a package to bring the Melvan Evans Motorsport run car to the compete in the county and seek out a second win this year.
He drove the car to victory in June to claim a first every International win with Donal Barrett on onboard.
This time around Gareth Doherty will be callng the notes.
