The achievements of Donegal’s athletes have been recognised at the annual Ulster Athletics Awards.
Names like Mark English and Brendan Boyce, who each competed at this summer’s Olympics in Brazil, were amongst those honoured.
Mark ran in the 800m and Brendan competed in the men’s 50k walk in Rio.
The youth athletes of the county and the north-west were also acknowledged, with Highland Radio’s athletics correspondent Patsy McGonigle delivering his report about the night.
