Three million euro in funding has been announced for the LYIT Killybegs Tourism College from the Department of Education.
This funding, of which €750,000 will be rolled out annually; will be to assist the Donegal Tourism and Educational development.
Donegal Minister of State Joe McHugh says this will help strengthen existing initialise within the college further while also providing monies for new projects.
He says the college is a great asset to the county and this investment will also contribute to the overall tourism sector in the county:
