Snow causing treacherous driving conditions across the North West

There are reports of treacherous driving conditions in parts of Donegal this evening.
A number of cars have become stuck at Lurgybrack in Letterkenny due to heavy snowfall. There are also dangerous driving conditions in the Finn Valley area, Glenties, Carndonagh and in parts of Derry and Tyrone.
The council says it began gritting at 6pm on Wednesday evening on the following routes
