Body of male recovered from River Foyle

A search operation has been stood down after a body was recovered from the river on Friday.
The Foyle Search and Rescue team was initially tasked on Friday evening by the PSNI to assist in the search for a missing person. Shortly after, the body of a male was recovered from the river and the search operation was stood down.
Foyle Search and Rescue have offered their thoughts and prayers to the family concerned at this time.
