There are fears small businesses in Donegal will be forced to close as a result of crippling insurance costs.
Donegal County Councillor and local business owner, Councillor Martin Harley is bringing a motion before today’s full council meeting calling on the Government to bring forward legislation to crackdown on fraudulent or exaggerated claims.
