Man arrested in Strabane following a number of searches

A 46 year old man has been arrested in Strabane on suspicion of being in possession of criminal property.
A number of searches were carried out in the town earlier today as part of ongoing investigations into dissident republican activity.
The man has been taken to Strabane Police Station for questioning.
Police say a significant amount of cash was also seized.
