Two taken to hospital following crash with ambulance in L’Kenny

Two people have been taken to hospital following a crash in Letterkenny earlier today involving an ambulance.
The collision between the ambulance and a car occurred on the Port Road at around 2pm this afternoon.
Gardaí have confirmed that the driver of the car as well as a passenger of the ambulance were taken to hospital as a precaution but their injuries are not said to be serious.
Investigations are ongoing.
