
Donegal had the lowest land supply in the country in last year’
According to the Irish Farmers Journal’s 12th annual Agricultural Land Price Report there was been a 416% fall in the amount of acres offered in 2018, with just over 370 acres on the market. That’s largely due to the sale the previous year of An Grianan Estate
The average land price in the county increased last year to over €7,600 an acre, the highest since 2013.
