A Donegal Councillor has called for the return of a regional health administration model, saying centralising everything in Dublin is vausing major probems.
Cllr Ian Mc Garvey, Mayor of the Letterkenny Municipal District, says for the past week, he’s been trying to help a woman resolve an issue with her medical card, but he’s encountering major problems.
He believes there must be a better way…….
