Martin O’Reilly is the latest player to withdraw from the Donegal senior panel and has called time on his inter county career.
The MacCumhaills man featured in all four of this years McKenna Cup games but found his time during the league limited, playing in one game – the victory over Meath in early February.
O’Reilly was part of Donegal squads that won the All Ireland in 2012 and Ulster titles in that same year, 2014 and 2018.
His withdrawal follows the news from the weekend that Odhran MacNiallais will not be returning to the Donegal camp.
Mark Anthony McGinley, Martin McElhinney and Conor Morrison also departed the squad during the recent successful Division Two league campaign.
