Fianna Fail is calling on the Education Minister to bring in a timeline for the introduction of pay parity for newly qualified teachers.
Yesterday, Minister McHugh told the INTO conference the issue of pay is ‘unfinished business’.
Meanwhile, he told the ASTI convention he was hopeful the issue of pay equality will be addressed by the next round of pay talks.
