In a situation which has been described as ‘beyond belief’, businesses in Falcarragh have been forced to close their doors yet again today after another water outage.
Hundreds of premises are said to be affected by the suspected pipe burst.
While crews have been tasked to the area to carry out repairs works, it could be later this afternoon before the service is restored.
Cathaoirleach of Donegal County Council Cllr Seamus O’Domhnaill says this will effectively mean a huge loss in revenue to the local community on the busiest day of the week:
