Patients being discharged from Letterkenny University Hospital are once again urged to participate in the National Patient Experience Survey.
The third survey is currently underway at the hospital with an estimated 28,000 patients nationally eligible.
Last year, 52% of eligible patients at Letterkenny University Hospital participated.
