Donegal County Council is being urged to tarmac the back lanes at Sliabh Sneacht and Oatfield Terrace in Letterkenny, in line with promises made by the previous town council.
Cllr Gerry Mc Monagle says the County Council has a responsibility to live up to the agreement, particularly as it was part of a wider deal which saw land handed over to the council.
