A man has sustained head and facial injuries during an assault in St. Johnston in the early hours of yesterday morning.
The incident happened outside Maggies bar in Carrickmore shortly after midnight.
The victim was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital for treatment.
Gardai in Letterkenny are investigating and Sgt. Eunan Walsh is appealing for witnesses to come forward.
