Average price of a 3-Bed Semi remains unchanged in Donegal

The price of the average three-bed semi in County Donegal has remained unchanged over the past year, according to a national survey carried out by Real Estate Alliance.
Paul Mc Elhinney of REA Mc Elhinney in Milford says an average three-bed semi in Donegal costs €95,000 and remains on the market for six weeks.
That’s well below the average national price of €236,000.
