House prices in Donegal in the second quarter of this year were 1% higher than a year previously.
According to the latest Daft.ie report, the average house price in the county is now €147,000, 29% above its lowest point.
Nationally, the average house price in the second quarter of the year was €263,000, up 0.9% on the first three months of the year.
The report shows prices for the second quarter of 2019 were 3.7 percent higher than the same point last year.
But this is the lowest rate of inflation since late 2013.
