Boris Johnson has reiterated his opposition to the backstop in the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement – in a letter to Donald Tusk.
Writing to the European Council President, the British Prime Minister has proposed “flexible and creative solutions” to the Irish border when the UK leaves the EU.
