Eight people awaiting in-patient beds at LUH

There were eight people awaiting in-patient beds at Letterkenny University Hospital this morning, down one on yesterday’s figure. One of them was on an Emergency Department trolley.
Nationally, the INMO says 530 admitted patients were awaiting beds across the country, the highest number, 54, at Cork University Hospital.
