The Bishop of Raphoe has announced a number of clerical changes for the Diocese of Raphoe.
The changes are to take effect from 28th/ 29th August.
Bishop Alan McGuckian has announced that the very Rev Eddie Gallagher, PP, Kilcar will take up the role of Assistant Priest, Parish of Templecrone with residence in Leitirmacaward.
While the very Rev William People’s, PP Donegal Town, Tawnawilly will take over the role of Parish Priest, Kilcar and the very Rev Niall Coll, PP, Ballintra, Drumholm will replace Fr People’s as PP in Donegal Town.
Rev Adrian Gavigan, Curate Leitirmacaward and Doochary will progress to the role of PP, Ballintra, Drumholm.
While Rev Jonathan Flood, Chaplin, St Eunan’s College and Curate, Glenswilly has been granted leave for one year.
Rev Liam Boyle will move to be priest in residence in Glenswilly while remaining as Chaplin at Letterkenny Institute of Technology.
