Donegal County Council say that a traffic light system is now in place on the part of the Letterkenny to Glenties road that was severely damaged by flooding overnight.
The traffic light system will be in place near the Glenswilly National School for the next week as repairs are carried out, with local reports stating that large parts of the road were destroyed by the overnight flood.
