A Donegal County Councillor has labelled ‘disgusting’ ESB’s profits of €390m in the first six months of this year.
Councillor Jack Murray says in the months ahead people will be forced to choose between heating their homes and eating due to the high energy costs.
He says the sensible and moral thing for the Government to do is cap energy prices.
