The Ramelton Road in Letterkenny is currently closed following a serious crash last night.
Gardai are at the scene and diversions are expected to remain in place for a number of hours.
Traffic is being diverted via Thorn Road and Golf Course Road while local access to Tara Court is being facilitated.
