Planning permission has been granted for a new nursing home in Inishowen.
Donegal County Council has given the go ahead for the 58 bed unit at Churchland Quarters, Carndonagh.
The project will include demolition works and the erection of a new extension to Churchtown Lodge to facilitate a 10 bed respite care facility.
The application was submitted by Glashedy Investments Ltd.
