A Donegal Councillor says the updated regulations for the defective block scheme is taking ‘far too long’.
Campaigners were previously promised clarification on the regulations prior to Christmas, but the information has not yet been released.
Cllr Martin McDermott says the regulations are an essential part of getting the scheme up and running.
