A review into familicides and domestic homicides has been labelled “lightweight”.
Donegal native Andrew McGinley – whose three children were killed by their mother in Dublin- says the report didn’t look at cases where mental health illness was part of the circumstances.
He says there should be circumstances where sensitive information could be shared……………
