Two sisters in Northern Ireland have given birth two baby girls on the same day, ahead of Mother’s Day.
Aine McCauley and her sister Eimear Browne, not only welcomed their daughters on March 1, but were also put next to each other on the maternity ward in Altnagelvin Area Hospital.
The sisters who gave birth to their daughters only hours part described the event as a ‘surreal experience’.
