Donegal first time buyers to benefit from expansion of housing scheme

Donegal is one of 14 counties to see an increase in the limits for the First Home Scheme.

There will be an increase in €25,000 following the latest scheduled review of price ceilings, which now sits at €350,000 for apartments and houses alike in Donegal.

All new homes in Ireland worth up to €350,000 are now eligible for the scheme irrespective of location.
