A man in his 30s has died in what is understood to have been a workplace incident.
Gardaí say they tended the scene in Buncrana, yesterday evening.
However the man sadly passed away at the scene from his injuries.
The local coroner has been notified and a post-mortem will take place in due course.
The Health Safety Authority are conducting their own investigation.
