Gardai in Donegal are warning that anyone caught using an E Scooter on a footpath will be fined.
The same applies for cyclists who are only prohibited to use a designated cycle lane on a footpath.
It’s after two people were knocked down by cyclists using footpaths in Letterkenny over the weekend.
