Police in Omagh are appealing for information following a two vehicle collision on Tuesday evening.
It happened on the Clanabogan Road at around 6.50pm.
One driver was hospitalised as a result, and the other sustained minor injuries.
PSNI ask those who witnessed the incident or who have dashcam footage to contact them on 101.
