A Letterkenny businessman has confirmed his intention to contest the upcoming general election.
Gerry McKeever who owns Gerry’s Barbers says he intends to run as an Independent but is considering forming a group with others across the country of what he says are ‘like minded people’ to devise real policies.
It will be the first time Mr McKeever will be entering the political ring but speaking on social media he says he aims fix to Ireland.
