A 32-year-old man is due before Derry Magistrates Court tomorrow following an incident last night at Altnagelvin Hospital.
Police say the man was arrested after police responded to a report of disorderly behaviour.
He has been charged with the offences of disorderly behaviour, criminal damage and sexual assault.
