A swimmer was rescued off the coast of Marble Hill yesterday evening.
The man had gotten into difficulty at around 7 o’clock, when two kayakers noticed the struggle and helped him.
Mulroy Coastguard and the ambulance service attended the scene.
The swimmer was treated at the scene and subsequently taken to Letterkenny University Hospital as a precaution.
