HIQA has published its latest inspection report on Archview Lodge Nursing Home in Letterkenny.
There were 27 residents at the facility when it was inspected in February.
The report finds staff were very attentive and respectful to residents, and the atmosphere was relaxed and homely.
However, a number of issues were observed around compliance with fire regulations.
